In addition to our bases in London and the Thames Valley, Oasis Europe is now well represented in the South West from our office in Falmouth.  Our office in Sydney, Australia was established in 2008 and clients are now benefitting from our ability to work seemlessly across.

Our track record stretches back 25 years, having completed over 450 company sales and purchases, typically in the business value range of £2m to £75m.  Transactions have covered most active business sectors although areas that we do not operate in are biotechnology, software start-ups and gaming.

In 2010, while we have seen a reduction in transaction interest from the private equity community due to the increased difficulty and cost of raising bank finance for transactions, we are seeing significantly more public company trade buyers in the market than we have experienced for the last 2-3 years.
