We provide a full service appreciating that while we have many years of experience exclusively carrying out this type of work, our clients are more usually approaching the process for the first time.

In addition to our bases in London and the Thames Valley, Oasis Europe is now well represented in the South West from our office in Falmouth, established last year.  We are working with a number of highly successful businesses in both Devon and Cornwall and are keen to hear from organisations wishing to access opportunities in the region.

Our track record stretches back 24 years, having completed over 450 company sales and purchases, typically in the business value range of £2m to £75m. Three completed transactions with a total deal value of £85m in Q4 2008 reflect the scale and breadth of our experience, being in decision support software, soft drinks manufacture and Anglo-Indian aerospace and rail engineering.  The sectors that we do not operate in are biotechnology, software start-ups and gaming.

In 2009, while we have seen a reduction in transaction interest from the private equity community due to the increased difficulty in raising bank finance for transactions, we are seeing significantly more public company trade buyers in the market than we have experienced for the last 2-3 years.
