In addition to our bases in London and the Thames Valley, Oasis Europe is now well represented in the South West from our office in Falmouth. Our office in Sydney, Australia was established in 2008 and clients requiring global research are now benefitting from our ability to work seemlessly across all time zones.

Our track record stretches back 28 years, having completed over 450 company sales and purchases, typically in the business value range of £2m to £50m. Transactions have covered most active business sectors although areas that we do not operate in are biotechnology, software start-ups and gaming.

We have already completed 2 transactions in 2012 with our first in "Building Products Distribution" and the second in "Passenger Transport". We are, in particular, seeing high levels of activity in the Food & Drink, Transport & Travel and specialist Engineering sectors along with heightened activity in the Construction and Building Products sector generally.
